Looking to learn more about film photography? Got a 35mm SLR lying around and don't know how to use it? This 4-hour workshop will show you how to properly shoot, develop, and print images shot on black and white film. Join photographer Michael Gonzalez as he shares the best practices for working with this treasured medium.
Film stock and additional resources will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own cameras, but if needed, cameras can be provided for you as well.
$75 camera provided. ENTRE has FOUR MacBook Airs, loaded with DaVinci Resolve and all media needed for the workshop.
$50 using your own camera. Download links to media and software will be sent via email upon registration. Please download and install before the workshop.

This workshop will be recorded through Zoom. All registered participants will receive the recording along with additional color resources a few days after the workshop!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get set up. The workshop is a full 4 hours with a 10min break in the middle.
ACCESSIBILITY
ENTRE Film Center is located at 415 W. Jackson Ave., Harlingen, TX. Our building is fully accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who need to avoid stairs. Parking is located on the street and there is a sidewalk ramp located to the right of our building. Our micro-cinema contains modular seating that can be arranged to accommodate our visitors' needs. There is an all-gender, ADA-compliant bathroom located in the back of the building.
